Having never graced the West End before, Something Rotten in Concert was a cracking egg-stravaganza of a treat, boasting a huge orchestra and a cast which seemed to be having as much fun as the audience.

Songs 'A Musical' and 'Make an Omelette' (which poaches lines from countless other musicals) were stand-out numbers, with the latter receiving a standing ovation. We were treated to notable performances from Richard Fleeshman, Gary Wilmot and Marisha Wallace as well as the hardest-working tap-dancing eggs in town.

Shakespeare’s never been so fabulous!
